Genetic Counselling India LLP is the owner of the website www.geneticcounselingindia.com alias www.geneticcounselling.com. The LLP is registered and headquartered in ‘Indore, Madhya Pradesh’. Throughout this document Genetic Counselling India LLP is referred to as ‘we’, ‘ours’, ‘our’, ‘us’, 'GCIL' and you are referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’. Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000;

We treat your privacy with utmost seriousness. Any violation of this policy by our employees will be subjected to disciplinary action, including termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution. This policy details how your data will be collected and used by us. We shall not provide your personal information to any third party. The only exception to this will be in the case of a legally compliant request for its disclosure. We may contact you via phone call, SMS, or email only in connection with the products and services provided to you and in agreement with this policy. We may periodically reveal information of statistical nature about our website and its users, which may include the number of users/visitors, the number and type of goods and services purchased, etc. You are advised to please read the policy carefully. Manner of collection of information

We receive and collect your information every time you interact with us through our website or through other channels such as email, phone, or through information provided by you to our carriers and delivery status updates.
